Digital recordings in formats such as mp3 can be uploaded via our web site (click Upload Files, on the left). We recommend that clients try ensure that their audio files are under 200MB per file. This is to ensure maximum upload efficiency.
We accept material from anywhere in the United States, Canada, and other territories within North America and are always happy to consider individual requirements.
RECEIVING TRANSCRIPTS FROM US
Our standard practice is to return completed transcripts by email, but other methods can be considered.
